Overview

Ortega method is the easiest speedsolving method for 2x2. It involves three steps:

  1. Solving the D face intuitively.
  2. OLL (Orientation of last layer) (7 algs)
  3. PBL (Permutation of both layers) (5 algs)

PBL

PBLs can easily be recognized by the number of bars on the top and bottom layers without referring to any images.
